Once your payment confirmation is received and verified, we will prepare your order for delivery. Orders that have not been paid or confirmed may not be processed.

Please check your delivery information carefully before submitting your order.

P-SIAM is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through our available contact channels.

Customers can also contact us with their order number if they need help checking delivery status.

5. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of incorrect address information, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the parcel, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping fees may apply.

If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact the customer to arrange the next step.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • order number;
  • photos of the package and product;
  • clear details of the issue;
  • video evidence if the product cannot be used properly.

Claims are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Order Changes or Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

8. Shipping Fees
